She'll probably jsut pass it through as normal - the most you'd have to do it wash them thoroughly.
If it doesn't appear on her poop in a couple of days I'd take her to the vet. Keep an eye on how she eats and drinks, as well.

there are parts of the whole answer in what everyone else has said.if she only ate the crotch she should be fine,if she ate the whole thing keep a close eye on her for a couple of days.make sure she's eating and keeping food down,i know it's gross, but check her stool for them,if they show up,emergency over,if she isn't having bowel movements take her to the vet before she gets septic poisoning from being blocked up,if she seems listless or like she's in pain get her to the vet.dogs have extremely strong digestive systems(and digestive juices)and they may break down and pass just fine.we had a lab that went through that stage without any harm, though he usually ate just the crotch out of them.good luck

I agree with Jimmy_chic in checking her behavior and eating and watch out for the vomitting because thats a big sign that there may be blockage somewhere. Did the dog eat the entire piece of cloth? What I would do is call my vet just as a precautionary and ask them what they think. They would know the best the answer to this. Cloth may not pass through like smaller smoother object and if it doenst pass surgery may be needed. I dont know what cloth would be like through digestion.

I would call your vet immediately and see if they want to wait to see if the little tyke passes it. Sometimes they don't want to wait, due infections and bowel obstructions. If they don't want to wait most likely they will surgically remove the foreign object. This kind of stuff is an every day occurance for your vet, so they will be the only ones to give ya sound advice. I hope everything turns okay!

Typical puppy! I would keep a close eye on her just to be on the safe side.It might pass through when she goes to the toilet, if it doesn't after a couple of days I would speak to a vet.

Sometimes it passes through fine. Check each time she does DooDoos. If she seems listless, lethergic, being sick & not passing then take her straight to the vets. Dobermans are known for eating things they shouldn't!!

Well this could be because he needs more cotton in her diet...(LOL)
Ask the vet, thats my best advice. if the vet says its all ok then you and your family will probably laugh it off later.
"Hey remember that time the the Dobe ate her underwear?"
lol...sorry its just a little funny...ill probably be badly rated for this...

Keep a close eye on her espescially when she is eating. If she vomits after eating it may mean that it has caused a blockage. Just keep a close eye on her and if you notice anything different or unusual i would consider taking her to a vet.

If she got them down, she should be able to get them back out, but to be on the safe side, take her to the vet for xrays.
