That would be a satanist following the religion as modeled by the late Anton Szandor LaVey. He was the author of the Satanic Bible of the modern age so to speak, and view satan not as an actual entity but as a symbol of earthly values according to him. He is one of the most famous satanists of the modern age and a Laveyan satanist would be one who bases their belief system on his ideals. Although he claimed to use satan as a symbol more than a literal entity, having read The Satanic Bible I would have to say that's not entirely true but it was his book and his church so he can put it however he wishes I suppose. The book was published in softcover by avon books if you would like to search out a copy it should not be too difficult to find by simply searching and simply use search items as Satanic Bible/ Anton Szandor LaVey.

Anton LaVey wrote the Satanic Bible. My thought would be that a Laveyan satanist would probably be one of his followers.

The above three answers are right but bare in mind that satanists don't actually believe in satan or any figure from judeo-christian religions.
