Beef and Mac
2lbs of ground beef/chuck, 1 can tomatoe paste, 1 can of spagetti sauce-garlic&onion flavored, 1lb of macaroni noodles, 1 can of diced tomatoes, add cheese (as much or little as you like). Cook beef, boil noodles until tender, heat the sauces together, combine all ingredents w/the canned tomatoes, add cheese. You can have corn on the cob as a side dish.
Hamburger steak-dinner
2lbs gorund beef/chuck, 2 packs of brown gravy mix: add seaonigs like Mrs. Dash "salt-free" to ground beef, make medium (kinda flatten patties), cook them as if they were hamburgrs (until slighty done). Drain and add gravy mix & water, chop an onion, cook under medium low heat untile the gravy thickens.
** Serve w/rice and string beans
Sloppy Joe
1 can of Manwhich, 1-2 lbs of gound beef-depending on your taste, 1 tablespoon of brown suger, l can of tomatoe paste, 1/2 teasppon of garlic powder, 1/2 of an onion or small onion. Salt to taste(your discretion). Put them on hamburger buns. *** Serve with baked french fries.
Turkey Tacos- substitue ground chuck for ground turkey, use the same recipie. Make Mexican Rice to go w/it.
Cream of Mushroom Chicken
1 large can of Cream of Mushroom Soup, add to Seasoned (w/Mrs. Dash salt-free) chicken breast, a little bit of seasoned salt, 1 onion, and 1 bell pepper. bake about 1hr and 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 350. **serve w/ rice and steamed brocolli.
DESSERTS: peach cobbler (I like southern peach cobbler, it may be a little too high in fat, so surf the web to get an easy low cal recipie)
apple crunch
(buy the mix-usually found in produce section, follow directions, add over granny-smith apples.)
Baked apples
Ppeel six granny smith apples (add them to cold water as you peel, so that they don't brown), add 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablepoon of lemon juice/extract, 1 tablesppon of vanilla, 4 1/2 cups of water. Bake UNCOVERED @ 325 for 45 min.-1 hr depending on your oven. The apples should shrival a little-YOU DO WANT THEM TO STAY FIRM, turn them w/a spatula twice through the cooking process.

The quickest and easiest meals sometimes are the best.
I say get a pot roast, brown it on both sides, put it in the crockpot along with 1 can beef broth and seasoning of your choice (I like to add a little red cooking wine) and cook 6-8 hours depending on size. During the last 45 min add a pkg of baby carrots. During the last 25 min add potatoes. thicken the broth into gravy if you like, serve with a green salad and there you go.

Combine all ingredients in crock pot or skillet, omit 1 cup of water for the two combined boxes of hamburger helper.use the juice in the tomatoes, drain the corn.Cook until pasta is almost done and sauce begins to thicken.Add the shredded cheese and continue to cook until the sauce thickens and cheese melts.I usually put a lid on after I add the cheese so it melts a little faster. My kids love this and they get their veggies in.Happy eating

I have TONS of recipes....
Inside-Out Lasagna
1 package (12 oz) bowtie pasta uncooked
½ medium onion chopped
1 ¼ lb 95% lean ground beef or Italian sausage links, casing removed.
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 jar (26 oz) marinara sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes in juice
4 eggs
1 container (32 oz) part-skim ricotta cheese
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup (2 oz) grated fresh parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions in Executive (8 qt) stockpot. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, chop onion using Food Chopper. Place onion and beef in family (12-inch) skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking beef into small crumbles. Press garlic into beef mixture using garlic press. Stir in pasta sauce and tomatoes; remove from heat.
3.In stainless (2 qt) mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs with stainless whisk. Add cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper; mix well.
4. To assemble lasagna, place cooked pasta into bottom of rectangular baker. Top with meat mixture. Spoon ricotta mixture over sauce, spread evenly. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until ricotta is set and lightly browned.
Yield 15 servings.
COOK’S TIPS
A combination of ground beed and Italian sausage can be used in this recipe, if desired.
This recipe can be prepared up to a day in advance. Prepare recipe through step 4; do NOT bake. When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes or until lightly browned and edges are bubbly.
Banana Split Pie
Ingredients:
Crust
1/2 package (15 ounces) refrigerated pie crust (1 crust)
1 cup milk chocolate morsels, melted, divided
Filling
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup cold milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) white chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
2 tablespoons sugar
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
Toppings
1 medium banana, sliced
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 1/2 cups thawed, frozen whipped topping
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 425°F. For crust, place pie crust in Deep Dish Pie Plate, gently rolling dough into bottom and up sides using small tapered end of Baker's Roller™. Prick bottom of crust using pastry tool. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
2.Melt chocolate morsels in Small Micro-Cooker®, uncovered, on HIGH 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted and smooth. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the chocolate for garnish. Spread remaining chocolate over bottom and sides of crust.
3.For filling, place cream cheese in Classic Batter Bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until softened; whisk until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk. Add pudding mix and sugar; whisk until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in pineapple. Spread filling evenly into crust.
4.For toppings, arrange fruit over top of pie. Attach open star tip to Easy Accent® Decorator; fill with whipped topping. Pipe topping around top edge of pie. Drizzle reserved melted chocolate over top of pie. Sprinkle with nuts.
