OK SO IM SLIM AND FIT BUT YOU KNOW UNDER YOUR CHIN YOU HAVE A SMALL PADDING OF SKIN/FAT, HOW DO YOU GET RID OF THIS?! IT ANNOYS THE HELL OUT OF ME?!

Try face stretching excersises... but dont do them infront of anyone! yes theyre slightly scary and i dont do them myself cuz i like my double chin, it adds character; but do them infront of the mirror and give yourself a giggle at the same time

Just don't do a Boy George and paint over your double chin, i don't know how he thinks people are taken in! If you're slim and fit i don't see how you could have that much of a double chin, everyone has a normal amount of padding, if you tried to surgically get rid it would just look weird. Have friends commented on it looking weird? I'd ask them before i got too stressed about it, it might be they don't see anything wrong.

This is a hard one - some people have the genes for a double chin. What do her mum and dad look like? There are facial exercises that can help. Say "EEEEEE" in an extreme way. Stick the tongue out (it helps to think of someone you hate) But slight double chins can be quite cute, so tell your friend not to worry xx

I posted the same question about 5 minutes ago because I have the same problem. God I wish I knew. How is it possible that I have no extra hanging fat or skin anywhere on my body but right on my ******* face. God's cruelest joke. I lost like 40 pounds, and I didn't give a crap about my stomach I just did it so that my face would look slimmer and it didn't even work!!!!!!! Best of luck and let me know if you find something that works, if I don't find something within a year or so, I will get hte surgery.

Lean your head all the way back,and open your mouth widde as possible,then close it. Do this for 10 repetitions,and try to do it a few times through the day. (When alone,of course) Do this everyday,and you'll see that your chin and neck will firm up.

their are facial exercises that you can do it is really good for all over your face but dose wonders for those chins you could try tilting your head back ind stretching your lower jaw and also when you smile try smiling with the lower jaw as much as you can like really stretch it you should feel a tightening do this for about 3 Min's a day you will notice the effects good luck

Chin exercises? o_0;

Pull lots of extreme facial expressions on a regular basis and move your jaw around a lot.... That should encourage more flexability in your facial muscles... and possibly get rid of the double chin....

Aside from that, theres only really plastic surgery...

A very silly looking exercise that one weight loss facility told me to do...stick your tongue out as far as you can.
This works those muscles under the jaw and chin.
Doing this actually help me!
