Avoid tensions.Keep scalp clean and free from infections.Vitamin tablets containing Zinc(Zevit etc).Apply almond hair oil and massage scalp.(If possible get BAJAJ ALMOND DROP HAIR OIL).Donot use chemical shampoo,use only herbal products.Comb your hair briskly a few times every day.
Good Luck.
(Donot think about hairfall always.It will increase the hair fall.Please understand hair is inherited some hair always fall)

Humans shed about 100 hairs a day and there's nothing that can be done. If you're experiencing excess shedding, then you may want to have a doc check your iron levels, you could be low and it'll cause excess shedding.
Use a good shampoo and conditioner. Brush it when you get up and before you go to bed also before you wash it as it'll make it a little easier to deal with after you wash it. Use a wide tooth comb if you comb it while wet. It's best to let it dry before you brush or comb it, but if you have to mess with it, use a wide tooth comb or your fingers.
Diet is also important, but healthier the diet, the healthier the hair.

I use himayalan revitalising hair oil and clinic all clear - hair fall defense shampoo and it works.
Or
"To rescue falling hair, take 2-teaspoons of castor oil, 2 teaspoons each of amla and shikakai powder, powdered fenugreek (methi) seeds, 2 teaspoons of neem paste and 2 eggs. Apply the paste to the scalp and hair and leave it on for 45 minutes. Wash off, with a mild shampoo.

My friend and mom had such problems. You should go to see a doc, or to your local drugstore at least, and ask for a shampoo that helps your hair grow up, and also take some extra viatmines. My friend was using this shampoo for several months (her hair was really weak and kept on falling out), and now, her hair is beautiful and healthy.

Twice or thrice apply oil to your hair and let rest for 1 or 2 hours, less or more and even one day before washing. Do it regularly to strengthen your hair and to prevent hair fall.

your hair goes through cycles, so you may find at certain times you will shed,, usually followed by new hair growth, so if you notice baby hair round hairline this is a good thing. also diet makes a difference, so check iron levels and eat plenty proteins, which help the hair you have to become much stronger.

i knw dat u should should comb ur hair everyday b4 u sleep cuz everyday u loose 100 hairs! its true.. so wen u comb it ur gettn rid of the hair u lost dat day......... anyways good luck
