Ok I'm a 20 yrs old female I have no health issues at all. My problem is I always or let's be fair very very often feel down, tired, exausted in fact, NOT in the moodto do anything at all or any effort.. I barely study a page or two a day .. I sometimes spend a whole week wandering around not studying not even moving that much.. I don't work and that's because the minimal effort makes me tired and therefore I cannot study after that. I believe if I was a little more energetic (body and mind) I would've been a better person

By the way I'm not overweight I'm ok about 130 to135 pounds for 5"6

Any tips to be more energetic ? something to keep me going all day long ? I need your help

To be honest, all that behavior is very common in people who are clinically depressed.

It is very hard to get back on track, I know because I have struggled with this in the past as well. If you try your best to make a conscious effort to get up, go to class, study, eat properly, and exercise everyday and you still count, you may want to consider getting an evaluation through your university or at an outside health professional.

If you are positive that this is not it, I would strongly suggest seeing your general physician for some blood work to be done to see what is making you feel so sluggish.
