Try Cherish, Adore, admire... You could tell her that she takes your breath away or that you get butterflies in your stomach just thinking of her.
Tell her that she is the first thing you think of each morning and the last thing at night. Tell her that the very thought of her makes you blush.
If you are proposing, you could tell her that you want her to do more than just walk down the aisle and say I DO, you want the two of you to truly mean the vows you take - that you will love each other with all that you are for the rest of your lives.
Do a search for love quotes on the internet. Tons of great stuff there too! :)

There is nothing that means more than love. It's one of the most powerful emotions there is. People do have a tendency to overuse it, however, so I think under those circumstances, it tends to loose meaning and impact. Perhaps it would be wiser to show her how much you love her, besides the traditional flowers, candy, cute stuffed animals...romantic meals, picnics in the park, whatever comes to mind. There are so many ways to let that special someone know how much you love them without it loosing its meaning, you just have to think of them. Spontaneity is great, just be yourself and enjoy your girlfriend!

I guess actions is better than words. Tell her in your own way that how much you mean to you by treating her as good as you treated yourself. After all she is "THE ONE & ONLY" you love right?
