Stu gat in italian means nothing.

"'Sto cazzo" it's a very unpolite way to say "this penis" (NOT "your testicles!").
"'Sto" is a short way to say "Questo", and it means "This".
"Cazzo" means "Penis"

The use of this words has been well explained by FF ^_^

I guess you mean; 'stò cazzo' (or 'stu cazz' in dialect) which is a colorful but unfortunately common streetslang expression. It literally means "this penis", but it is meant as a negative answer or disbelief to a question or statement. In english a polite synonym could be "nobody believes what you just said" or less polite; "no way!" or "forget it!" or "shove it!". It's often used as a sarcastic answer to a statement, pretty much like "yeah, sure..."

Example;
Homer says; "I will jump over the canyon with the bicycle"
Bart says; "Si, 'stò cazzo...!"
(in english; "Yeah, sure..." or "no way you'll do that")

Tony Soprano's cruiser is named, "The Stugots"; which is an American phonetic corruption of the Italian phrase, "stu cazzo". This translates literally as, "your testicles" and is synonymous with the Latin Machismo. There are lots of explanations on:- http://www.hbo.com/sopranos/mobspeak/ and some are very amusing but not to be explained to your maiden Aunt!

the concern is Latin individuals have been initially stated as Hispanics, i do no longer understand what's incorrect with that. Black people who have been dropped at u.s., the continent, have been extracted from diverse places of the continent of Africa. i think of "eu American" is okay.
