Hamburger potatoes Casserole is a favorite with my family.
We usually make a large dutch oven full
3lbs Hamburger (don't use real high grade you want some grease)
5-8 large potatoes, peeled sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 cans abc vegetable soup
1 can tomato soup
Salt and Pepper
In you large casserole or dutch oven layer in this order: raw hamburger, onions, potatoes, salt and pepper. Repeating 2 or three times. In a large bowl mix together all soup and 1 can water. Pour this over your layered casserole. Use a wooden spoon to poke into your casserole to let the soup seep down, but don't stir. Bake in as 350 degree oven for 2-2.5 hours or until the potatoes are done. Serve with crescent rolls.

Got this from semi-homemade cooking on food tv.
Chicken Pot Pie:
In a casserole dish combine a handful of chopped onions, a bag of frozen mixed veggies, cooked chicken cut into bits or cubed (use a leftover roast, grilled, whatever you have around) and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Bake at 350 for about 2 hours. Take a roll of canned biscuits, place them on the top of the casserole. Sprinkle with pepper, and bake for 10-15 till biscuits are done. This feeds 4, and is yummy.

Cook noodles. In a separate bowl mix ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. I use a big tub of the ricotta cheese, about a cup of mozzarella and about 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. To the cheese mixture I add 2 eggs, about 1/2 cup of bread crumbs and spaghetti sauce (I use a lot) Drain the noodles when they are done cooking, add to the cheese mixture, stir, pour in a dish, cover with more sauce and bake in a 350 oven till bubbles. I make enough so it lasts for 2 nights.
