There is this girl who told me that she does not like me in that special way. We are 14. When we come to 17, is there a chance she might change her mind? Because, you know, we become more mature as the time passes..

Besides the fact that she doesn't like me in that way, can you think of any possible reason why she rejects me? Like peer pressure, parents' teaching, fear...?

Please help me.

Thanks

I AM NOT SURPRISE TO HEAR A 14 YEAR old girl talk like that. she is still young and full of dreams. She is not ready for a special relationship and so are you. What is happening in you is "puppy love". What you can do now is to just meet her in a friendship level. Don't rush. Just enjoy each other's frienship and not thinking about "being on".

Concentrate in your studies and make friends with other girls. You don't even have to think is she made the wrong decision or not.

ALL THE BEST.

Maybe she is just not attracted to you in that way. Yes her opinion of you can change over time, that is if you guys have been keeping in contact or seeing each other. I suggest that you take her out on a date and tell her again just how you feel. Be sure that she knows that she is not obliged to feel the same for you and if she just wants to remain friends then you will respect her decision. Best of luck.

You are only fourteen and you are looking towards being 17 only for this girl? Focus on yourself. You are too young to sit and think about one girl that far ahead in time. Look for something new and if something happens down the road then it will happen and if not by that time I am pretty sure that you will be over her and have some other lady on your mind.

I highly doubt that at age 14 she will be just sitting around (or you for that matter) for 3 years thinking about eachother. I would say she is just immature and not looking for a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship at her age and maybe all she wants to do is be "friends" with you. Dont get your hopes up of anything more now or 3 years from now.

Nope. She made the right decision!
I think there are factors that she considers you're not her type. But i guess you can prove her wrong in many ways. You can pursue here ifyou like her that much. But i think there are still plenty of options for you. You are still young and there's still many girls who are more attractive around you. Try to widen your horizon!!! good luck to you!!!
