Don't know where you are, but I certainly hope you are not trying to do your home work in my time zone right now (I'm in Texas). Because if you are, I can tell you why you are feeling tired. IT'S 5:00 AM!!!

Seriously, try not snacking before or during studying. Or if you do, eat healthy snacks such as raw vegetables, nothing sugary or starchy. Go to bed every night at the same time and get up every morning at the same time. This will train your body and your mind when you should be awake and functioning and when you should be asleep and resting.

There is so much more. I don't think I could list them all here. Besides I'm at work and I have a job to do.

it's because we are only humans, and all humans are not perfect. You should just try to concentrate first then start studying. You should tell yourself that you can do it so that you can encourage yourself to study more...

i'm like that too...i guess because of concentration problems...eventhough i know i can do the work..i just can't

i guess try studying w/ ppl that are serious about studying so you won't fall asleep.
