If I am 12 years old,how many calories do I need?Some sites say I need about 1300,some say 1800,some say 1600 to 2500.I'm confused!!!I calculated my intake of calories:777.Is that enough?I didn't exercise today due to my muscles ache.

You are growing, so your body needs more calories. You should eat between 1500-2000 calories per day. 777 calories is not even enough calories for someone who is trying to lose weight. No one should consume less than 1200 calories per day on a regular basis.

Okay easy help... Take your Body weight X 10 That is your ammount of caloires to consume per day to stay at that weight. A growing child like you need between 1500-2000 calories per day for a healthy lifestyle. Also 30 min of elevated heart rate..
And the sore muscles..STREATCH before and after you exersise...it helps prevent that.

If you exercise on a regular basis you should increase your calorie intake a bit you need to fuel your body.

bruv, belive me the strongest hardest people, sustain themselves on water and urine, do not waste a drop. don't play second fiddle to your parents or elders. they work, earn money and feed you, why? stop the leeching, grow by yourself. the only reason your urine may taste funny at first is because of all the crap they feed you, and sweets. think about input = output. so do this and be a star, you'll be so intelligent, and capable.
