Hi all, I eat muesli and yogurt and two fruits for breakfast @ eleven I will eat a small snack (Fruit,muesli bar or raw nuts), lunch(14h00) 2 turkey or ham sandwich with allot of tomato and cucumber, @ 18h00 I will have another snack (Fruit or muesli bar or raw nuts), and then @ 22h00(20min after gym) I will take a high Protein Shake, other supplements is some Vitamins, Phedracut and allot of Creatine. I do 3-4 very intense weight lifting sessions in a week, and at least 4 hour sessions of cardio a week. One of my weaknesses is allot of alcohol over weekend, and maybe 1 MacDonald's meal a week.

Your diet is very awesome, you're very particular in calories and proteins.It is near perfect but you should improve your alcohol weakness and McDonald's meal a week. Alcohol could make your tummy big and would give you other gastro-intestinal problems and liver problems, even if you have a great exercise and a good diet. Just drink a balanced drink, don't give yourself an alcohol treat at the end of a week, eventually your body will adjust to that routine and could make you an alcohol addict sooner or later. McDonald's is delicious but if you're a healthy buff just go there twice a month to keep you body in cholesterol-filled foods. More fruits is great to your body like pineapples, avocado and banana. Drink lots of water.And avoid to much heavy weight lifting, it could make your male organs on a bad condition. Hope i could help you somehow.Thats all!!

You could stand to eat some veggies. Your diet currently has no vegetables in it; tomato and cucumber are both considered non-sweet fruits.
