The body and soul are not separate - the hand is not separate from the eye, life is not separate from death, time is not separate from space - rather they are both parts of a greater whole. In death both body and soul are transformed to become part of a greater whole that is beyond our understanding in the present context of life. Body and soul are as time and space, they both change and yet both remain in the context beyond life and death and body and soul and time and space.
