everything which is living or gets energy from a star in our case the sun since the uv rays or blocked and we get only the filtered sun rays though too much into this we will hurt ourselves as everything is good only if taken in a limited quantity same here it really does work as it illuminates you're whole body as a matter of fact one of the main things and most essential thing that you get from the sun is vitamin c and this is got merely standing in the sun but while doing exercise with regard to the sun such as in yoga surya yoga as you have said does touch upon it,it acclerates protein development in you're body should not be in noon it should be done either in the wee hours of morning or while the sun is mild in the evening it helps in body proteins and vitamins also in anti ageing properties where it helps you're skin glow that is raise you're skin tone level step by step.
