I don't see a problem with that.... lets do it.... I think that is the best option I have heard about this war. I mean if they don't agree to help each other and build a united country. Then why should we have to sit and take the sucide bombers?
The above user posted about Islam and that is the arab way. I seem to agree with that statement.

The caveat Al Maliki further is a huge one! the U. S. withdrawal from this area isn't as rapid by using fact the proper withdrawal from Korea or Vietnam. the clarification: BLACK GOLD. If we pass away, oil costs ought to definitely double or worse in the span of a few months. that's why the Democrats have not been furiously banging the table demanding for an end to the conflict regardless of having administration of Congress. they do no longer desire to be categorised by using fact the party that had a hand in destabilizing the middle East (and oil costs). they desire to pass away each and every little thing to the Republicans to make a mistake, so as that a Democrat will truly stroll into the White homestead come the subsequent election.

Can't split up Iraq, it has its own sovereignty. Because we respect other countries...... NOT!
The truth is the sparing partner of the US is gone... Russia. Remember between both of them North and South Vietnam, North and South Korea. What next?
So now way bud, the US is goin' solo on all the spoils of war. Who's to stop it?
The next fact is that the economy of the United States is based on war. It has the chance to use old weapons, test new ones, and show it in the arena of conflict making the situation the best hands on marketing/ advertising opportunity. Then they get to ask congress for a bigger, fatter budget(thats why we can't bring the boys home) to make newer weapons, research, stock up and prepare for new conflicts.

The Sunnis wouldn't agree, all the oil is in Kurdish and Shiite territory. If we did it anyway, the Kurds would probably unite with Turkey, the Shiites would almost certainly become part of Iran, which expanded Nation could then wipe out the Sunnis, annex their land as well, and pose a bigger threat to U.S. interests than ever. Foreign involvement in the internal affairs of the Middle Eastern peoples has never been about helping them, nor has anything been done solely for their benefit, it is, and always has been, about access to oil.

In the beginning of this travesty of this war, your solution would have absolutely worked. That's what the plan should have been once we established something there (and I'm noteven sure what that something is,since we had no right to be there) But now everything has gotten so far out hand that the simple solution that the people would have liked will go unheeded, because now we have bred tyranny and fear and have murdered innocent people for what???

The violence in Irack will never end while Sunnis, Shiites, and Kurds all live in the same borders, and their neighbors keep sending in more troublemakers to stir things up. If we leave I predict a blood bath of knuckle biting magnitude, just like when our chickens hit politicans made us abandon Viet Nam.

Split Iraq into three million parts and they'd still be fighting. It's the Arab way! From time immemorial. see Lawrence of Arabia or way back to Mohamed himself.

Because Iraq does not belong to you and therefore you're not free to choose its destiny.
I agree that you should call back your soldiers from there because they and their families have been through enough already without having anything to do with what they were sent to do, and just let Iraqis sort it out among themselves. I do not think it matters to anyone but Iraqis if they all die or live, so let them handle their own affairs as long as they do not harm you.
