This is Arabic:
أولاد السائح means "The sons of the Tourer"
من أين يصل؟From where he comes?
أولاد السائح Like the first. If all of this is a sentence, it is grammatically wrong and has no meanning.

I've actually dabbled in quite a few languages, this may look like Arabic but i believe it is really Gibberish or at least it is to me.
