I'm not a maniac about it, but I pick my nose frequently. I used to not do it in public but as I've gotten older I've lost most of my inhibitions. It's your problem if you don't like it, I say. It's my nose. Woman have the right to choose what they do with their bodies right? It's no different. I think of it as a nasal abortion of sorts. I'm the guy you see picking winners in the lane next to you. I can pick my nose with my thumb and, yes, I flick them out the car window once the excavation is complete. Go ahead and be ashamed of your bodily functions if that's what you chose to do. Just don't expect me to follow suit.

I do it when I'm alone too. It's not very comfortable to have a "stuffed" nose.
