well the problem usually is maturity of the guy. girls mature faster than boys. most of the time, it is the reason why relationships like that don't last. but there are relationships that do survive and there are lots of them. if the guy is ready to handle the relationship, and the girls is willing to be patient and do her share in the relationship, it should work.
relationships don't often rely on age. but raher on the character of the partner. and willingness to contribute to the success of the relationship

There is no guarantee that a relationship between a boy of 25 years and a girl of 21 years will last longer. Age compatibility is of course a factor in a relationship. But, these days, for very frivolous things, the marriages break. What is the big deal about the age?

Age really doesn't matter. What matters is love, understanding, affection and trust...these things are not dependent on age. There are lots of poeple who have the wives younger than the husbands but still end up divorced because they didn't have what it takes to make the relationship work. So there's nothing funny about a girl dating a (slightly) younger boy, however he will be a bit more immature so she has to look out for that.

There is nothing funny or weird about it. My friend just recently got married to her husband ( she 27& he 21), they been together for about 2-3 yrs. Age should not play a factor in your relationship, as long as you guys have an open mind, heart & communication with each other love will you keep you together.

No. It's Okay if you both are fine. The relationships do not last on age factor. The rleationships last on Care, Trust and Pure and Genuine Love for each other and mutual understanding. It will be the same even after 50 years from now if you both truly love each other.

Nope. As long as it doesnt bother either of you... I was 28 and my boyfriend was 21. Not a biggie. Everything was great between us. I feel the relationship helped me keep a young mind. Unfortunately, he passed away.
In addition, as time goes on.. the age difference will be less and less significant for those who may be concerned.

There is nothing wrong with the relationship. The age difference should not matter.

Personally, I consider NO other premise for a friendship or relationship between a guy and gurl other than love. All other criteria such as age, complexion, race, color, height, stastistics, and so forth are deceiving, false, hypocritical, and latent. In your case, if you're really sure the guy loves you sincerely and you love him, please go ahead regardless of criticism from your unfriendly friends. Cheers!!!
