Give yourself two weeks to mourn and act crazy then face the reality that he just wasn't that into you. Why would anyone dump you like a piece of garbage if they put any value in you?

Damn girl I know it is hard but you get up in the third week and take a walk, breathe in the air and choke back the tears and move on. . "Life is like a box of chocolates" you just chose bittersweet this time. It takes time to heal but heal, don't wallow. And why am I so wise...cause I am going through it right now, and I am a hell of a lot older then you! Reality Sucks doesn't it???

Every time I break up with a guy (doesn't matter who does the dumping), I do something that makes me feel pretty; new hair style or color, pierce ears, or pierce them again or somewhere else, basically something I've considered for awhile but just never went out and did it.

Plus I get rid of everything they ever gave me if it was a bad break up.

Cry your heart out and than stop once you've cry too much! Then, do lots of things to keep your mind & body occupied. You can also choose to excercise to waste off your leftover energy. That helps you to get exhausted. So you can sleep sweetly through the night.

Take a positive look at yourself, your life and everything around you............

It's a big world, and it's there to be explored, if you've been dumped, then you're single, and can pretty much do what you like with whom you like........

Sometimes things can seem extremely painful, we've all been there, but everything happens for a reason........

Happiness will return to you.............

Good luck

Go out with your friends to a bar or club, get drunk, and take some random person home. Sounds bad, but it actually works (reminds you that you can have fun without your ex, and that you are still desirable to the opposite sex)

It's like a wound...
you look at it for a little while...
prod it a little bit...
wait for the blood to stop flowing...
wash it out...
put some ointment on it...
and bandaid it up...
and when you see the scar, you remember, but you don't still feel the hurt.
