Yes, It certainly has. But that is because kids mature much early these days thanks to the internet & media. So it is only natural that they are more eager & enthusiastic. Remember, the concept of dating is only just picking up... When you spend time alone with the opposite sex & if you enjoy the company of the person, taking the relationship one notch further to kissing or above is normal & human. Earlier, dating was less, so physical intimacy was also down. But then & now those who date would have invariably kissed

in a study conducted by Indian Institute of Dating Studies...kissing while dating has increased by 8.94% in the Urban sectors whereas in the rural sector it has only shown a gradual increase of 2.1%. This is mainly attributed to the fact that hindi movies which has a large rural audience don't show a lot of kissing whereas in the urban sector people watching more of western stuff where kissing is seen as normal....
