Frustration comes when things do not go our way. At the beginning of the week you have had two days to relax and hopefully not having problems. Monday morning....we start work, deal with a few problems but are still fresh and rested. As the week progresses and we encounter more problems and we are not so rested we tend to become frustrated. Perhaps if you are able to take a ten minute walk this might reduce the frustration. Have you not ever been totally perplexed over a problem that night only to come in to work in the morning being able to fix the problem immediately. That is because your brain had time to relax and decompress.

Frustration is a psychological concept. That is an emotional experience when things do not go according to your plan and desire. This signifies that you are weak in mind. Nowadays, everyone feels the pressure of work with a timeframe for its completion. Naturally you have to run with the time. The quality of work suffers and frustration appears. To remove this, try to utilize the weekend in diverting your mind towards healthier channels like visiting resorts, nature-spots, pilgrimage centres etc. Daily when you get up from the bed, do not rise abruptly. Stay in the bed in awakening position for a few minutes and then get up slowly. Do some physical exercises, pranayama and meditation. Maintain to be cool and calm. Use vegetables and green leaves in your daily food. Drink plenty of water. Better avoid alcohol and cigarettes. At the end of the day when you go to bed, do not lay down abruptly. Sit on the bed for a while and thank God (if you have faith) for the things that happened and you experienced on that day or otherwise sit in a meditating pose and do some slow breathing exercieses. Lay down with a wish the next day would be better.

It sounds like you get bored quickly...maybe I'm off base here. But if I'm not...try reading a book called "Driven to Distraction". Maybe you have some of the signs and symptoms of ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). Also, just another suggestion, get to know the people you're working with so you can begin to make connections, possibly friendships, with your co-workers. That will make work much more tolerable and maybe even enjoyable. I hope this helps.

Just because of our expectations. Sounds crazy? NO, it is absolutely correct that frustations always creeps in when we find that the things are not taking place as per our wish or desire. There may be thousands of situations when you find yourself stuck in a problem -- either of your work or love or family life or friendship or just because of your surroundings. We just want to excel in every thing -- Just Watch -- your expectation is working here. We want success at any cost -- Here SUCCESS is our expectation.
So you just give me a situation I will show that the problem behind your problems is nothing else but your expectation. Surely, enough we can't leave it. But at least we can lower it so that we may live on comfortably without any frustation or stress or tension. Good day.

Because your to attached to being right about "your way" and manipulating circumstances rather then doing what "works" and learning to be ok with the way it is. So many people are upset with the way the world is. when you shift, the world shifts around you! and not the other way around. PERIOD!

frustration usually comes to those who have seemingly lead unfulfilled lives. that's why everybody tends to have this. the only way to get rid of frustration is to find inner peace... make your life a fulfilled one. make your life worry-free and pre-organized to eliminate any future last-minute tasks and avoid pent-up frustrations.

Most of the times our lives we live are so fast paced that if have to slow down or is forced to slow down we just don't know wat to do..so that could be 1 of the reasons frustration steps in when we don't know wat to do with the free time we get as we never give time to ourself.
