I mean when a girl likes a guy, will she really wait for the guy to make the move? As in she won't initiate the conversation (even though she knows that the guy is online, she still won't drop a message)?

yes she will want the guy to make the first move...yes she wont even drop in to say u hi...coz i do the same,though i luv him alooot....hehe...but sum tyms i do say hi to him fisrt but very rarely...hez the one who comes n says hi to me first...:)

if you are really in love, initiate the conversation or make a move in a manner that he wont notice that you are in fact making the first move for the both of you to get started. appear like you are not interested but you are actually biting him already.
