Crushes are normal, but dating is unacceptable. He could go to jail.

well, 16 is "legal" in Utah... but he could lose his job if you guys started something. And rightly so. If he were dating one of his students, I think he should be fired for sure.

This happened to me when I was 15, 17, and 20! And with bosses at 18 and 22! Nothing is wrong with your feelings, this is a fairly common scenario.

Enjoy your secret crush, do well in his class... crushes can be kinda fun anyway, right? Just don't tell anyone about it.

Nope its not if you look at your side. you might like him because you found something special on him. But on the side of the teacher... it is his worst nightmare!!! He might have cases after cases if something would happen to you. So be careful..... it is good to be appreciated and be loved but with your situation especially if he's your teacher.... he is entitled for a moral question if he would encourage such situation. So better not continue it..... Not a good thing to do.

It's normal to have a crush on our teacher, even i had a crush on one of my teachers. But as times goes on you will feel that what you felt was silly. But the most important thing is that for now u have to focus on your studies and wait until he is not your teacher anymore or you are old enough to love him. But easier said than done. Good luck.

Feeling like this is absolutely normal, but as a teacher myself, i need to tell you to stay away and don't do anything rational. He's very young, probably at the start of his career and something like this can ruin his life. You need to wait until you're older.
If you are so much in love, it won't go away. But if you love him as you say, you need to protect him from making a mistake.
I know it sounds harsh and you probably don't like what you hear, but it's the truth. You need to wait for him.

Yeah, do it.

16's legal in the UK.....

My friend was lucky enough to get touched up by the fit art-teacher, other than that I'm not aware of any other student / teacher relationships....

It is not wrong to feel this way but it would be wrong to let him know. Wait until you are 18.

Not so much wrong as pointless. He'd lose his career if he were to do anything with you. Have you been watching Tripping Over?
