I am planning to buy a LOMO camera but dunno which takes the best and fun shot...help!

Not sure if you want to just buy a toy camera or if you are looking for a specific type of function for your camera.
The Holga could be lots of fun. It is renowned as one of the most unreliable cameras because some of them leak light in. However, this is part of the charm since you get some very funky results when you develop your film.
I bought one of those four frame Lomos a few years ago and wasn't too impressed with it. I don't think that I really knew what kind of photos I would be shooting so the first roll was not pleasing. Nevertheless, I haven't given up.
