I'm 17 and very boney. If i eat much, I face stomach problems. How do gain body mass yet not a fatty body and gain height too???

Height is genetic, so as long as youre eating a heathy, balanced diet, there's nothing more you can do. Avoid drugs, caffeine, smoking, and alcohol, as those can stunt your growth. FYI, my brother grew like 3 inches when he was 21, so there's hope for you yet.

If you want to gain mass, start lifting and increasing your protein intake. When body building, 1g of protein for every pound you currently weight is a good rule of thumb. You'll have to cut a lot of other stuff out your diet in order to eat this much protein, so start with the carbs. You dont have to go no-carb, just make sure it's low carb. Make sure you have lean protein right after working out, as it helps build muscle faster. Good luck!
