do your dogs bark at him?
if not then ask him politely to stop doing it
there is no gain in calling the police or making a big issue out of it

I can't believe people are considering if it's the dogs' faults for barking! If he's taking the extra effort to go out of his way, hop your fence and kick your dogs, then that b@stard has to go down. It's pretty apparent that they're not attacking him if they are tied up in the backyard. Call his post office and tell them you've filed a report. really file a report too. Catching it on film will definitely help. Even if the dogs bark, who cares, that's what they do. If they bit him once before, then he should have brought it up to you, not keep going out of his way to kick them. That's f'ed up. He's not only commiting cruel acts to animals but he's is tresspassing. Mailmen are supposed to do what they can to get to your mailbox, not do whatever they once after the mail gets there. Confront him about it if this continues and let him know he will be taken care of the next time it happens.

First videotape the mailman kicking your dogs. Then kick the mailman, call the cops and tell them why!

Firstly he is stirring your dogs up so god forbid they get off or out one day...... then he will pay for all the kicks. Let them at him or don't chain them up so that next time he kicks your dog he will get the shock of his life. If that doesn't suit you add a bit of extra length so that next time he jumps they will get him before he gets back over. Or you could go kick his *** you look like a guy who could handle himself.

Kick your mailman every time he kicks your dogs.
It's probably your fault, actually. I'm surprised your mailman hasn't told you to pick your mail up at the post office until you get your mutts under control!
After seeing your added details, I am now convvinced that you are full of it and this is just trolling.

If the dogs are attacking him...then there's really nothing you can do except move them out of the way.
However, if he just kicks them to kick them...then call the police or ASPCA. He could be charged for animal abuse.

First I would call the postoffice and let them know, chances are he is not just kicking your job. Then call the local spca. If they are unable to help I would call the police. Of course you could always just keep your dog inside when the mailman comes to your house.

Aaww poor puppies.
Call the cops-it's not ok to do that. Mailcarriers can have it rough, but you don't do that to the animals.
But make sure that you get it on tape if you have the chance it will help the whole thing for proof.

CALL THE POLICE -It would be great if you could catch it on film too. He is a jerk - have you told him? (But, wait, do your dogs bite, bark at, or otherwise bother him? Protect them, him, and yourself by keeping them apart during that time. Can you put them in another place during the hours the mail is delivered?) But, still he needs to be reported - unless he is defending himself, he is DEAD WRONG! Although I suspect he is not just seeking them out to kick them, he must have a reason, don't you think? Be for real.

First off you should put your dogs on a leash. Its not right for him to be kicking your dogs but if your dogs are barking and even growling or nipping at him/her then he has every right to defend himself, he does have a job to do. If they are locked up within a good distance away from where your mailman delivers your mail then you should report him.

Video tape the rotten son of a gun, and then call the cops,,,and then call the post office...and then call the humane society..and then call a good lawyer and sue the rotten son of a gun!
