i just want to record a part of a song so tht i can make it my mobile ring tone. could u please help

Windows comes with SOUND RECORDER. It's very simple and does just that. Why download something to do what you already have on your computer? Use Sound Recorder. Just start playing the song and hit Record at the part you want to record. Then hit stop at the part you want to stop at. Whew!!!!!!!! Nobody can seem to get it cause it's just so easy...lol

You can copy/cut part of a song using a free wave editor

But to use the mp3 file as a ringtone you may need to use another converter to change it to amr format
