sometimes, without an apparently reason, it becomes hard, (yes exactly the thing u think) and, of course it is very embarassing. (i try to stay sitted and dont moove and ......anyway.
First! is it normal? Seccond! What can i do to make it return to normal dimension? (please help is a serious problem)(dont answer stupid things like masturbate or things like tht, pls)

Man,
Not being a guy I really haven't experienced this.
The Jewish people I understand run their wrists under cold water. It is suppose to be effective. Going out for fresh air and breathing in deeply is suppose to help too. I know it must be uncomfortable but your ok. Alot of men deal with it! Maybe it is just male hormones.
Even though this happens to you, you can master it and not take advantage of an uncomfortable situation.
Good luck...I forgot there is always the cold shower (smile).
Take care of yourself and consider it an asset rather then a deficiency.

if you are at home or in a private place, apply something cold to your penis like ice or cold water.
but if you are in a public place, the best thing to do would be to divert your thoughts to stuff that have nothing to do with sex..
for example, think of a sad experience, God, or the death of someone you love.
try to wear tighter briefs. it may hurt sometimes when you get too hard but it helps a lot when you don't want to show that bulge.
another good thing to do is stop staring or thinking of the thing that excites you.. run for your life! (or reputation..) hehe.

Ya I think its normal. It used to happen to me when i was younger. Now it only happens if aroused by some female. I think you just need to get married and have a lot of sex, then you wont have the problem. But for now when you find yourself getting a borner try thinking about foot ball or sing a song in your head or something.

This is not bad. Yes it is normal for it to react this way. It seems that you are trying your best not to let it show that you are in this condition. Try to think of someone who turns you off playing with it. There are dozens of ways to solve this problem-but I think you know what they are -or you can guess! I tried really hard not to say something stupid. Thinking about it i am getting embarrassed in my own way.

If you are a teen age boy; yes it is normal. Raging hormones are everywhere. All guys get it.
If you are older...see a doctor to determine what is causing it.
What to do about it now? Think about everything but what is going on...think cold water when you are swimming...

well usually it gets hard for anything, bout a grl u like or u see a hot grl walk past or u think of something naughty. lol. there nothin u can do bout it. but i suggust u think of something disgusting it shud work. plus the reason is becuz of ur hormones, n ur age. it something that u wil have to deal wit as it cums wit ur body, n age. have fun ;-)

Think of scary thoughts. It will definitely bring it past normal dims to abnormally small. Also, think of the fat girls jumping on a trampoline. That is scary.

It is normal for boys to have hard on unexpectantly...so chill!
Secondly, to make it normal again, just bend yourself down as though you are tying your shoes and think of something distressfull like how suck geography is...and you are normal again...!

Carry a notebook (hard cover of course) with you. When this happens, you can carry it in front of you - you know, to help hold it down... But I think you are healthy... be glad it works!
