Ok, like i said this is killing me and i'm usually pretty good at identifying movie quotes, but i just can't get this one.
A guy is about to drink from his glass/cup and he says, "Spirits for the spirits." It's a sweet quote and me a my brother laugh about it all the time, but we just can't name that movie. You're one bad mo fo if you can get this one!

Sounds like something Captain Jack would say, but from what you say it seems like it should be an older movie.
I could see Anthony Hopkins saying this, or Q from 007, some nice old gentleman you know? I would also venture to guess that the movie is either not set in America or not set in recent times. You don't hear the word spirits often (although it does make for the nice [homynym??] I don't know). Good luck!

OK, I don't really know the quote but it sounds like it might be from one of the "Topper" movies or TV series.
