since u r the girl, just get quite close to him, beware don't pounce on him like a lion, just keep your distance, but get a little bit close, about an arm's length from him and look at him and then immediately look away as if u r too shy to look him straight in the eyes, give him a slight smile, act coy and shy, be silent, lick your lips, act a bit too nervous, fidget with a finger ring or curl a hair curl or act as if u r biting the tip of a finger nail, but take care not to over do it. u could also bend down to take something, and if u r wearing a low neckline, make sure a bit of cleavage is shown, so that he makes the first move to touch u and then u act a bit shy, but dont run away, just make a slight sigh and this will definitely tempt him to brush a kiss on your cheek, which will develop further, in just a couple of seconds. this way, u dont have to actually speaking make the first move, but u tempt him enough to make the first move.
this way u can have ur pie as well as eat it. the best part is u dont loose your ego as it is he who is supposed to have made the first move. believe me it always works. hope this helps, good luck.

Move in close and aim for the mouth and pucker up. try hugging first or a kiss on the cheek or ear. Whisper um-- I would like a kiss.

look into thar eyes and touch his/her face or hair and say something like ( your hair is so soft or you got beautiful eyes ) then lean in but stop mid way and look at your partners lips and back at Thar eyes if thay dont pull away then go for the kiss... Ive used this move many times and it works very well for me it gives the person you want to kiss room and if thay dont wanna kiss you your not left feeling too embarrassed i hope that it helps

well say ya'll two are sittin on the couch reach out for his hand and play with his thumbs like move your thumbs up and down from his.
And then look at him and kiss his cheek and alil closer to his mouth and then look at him and if you have eye contact just go in for it and kiss him gently on the mouth and smile alil and then kiss him agian and so yeah.. .

go to the movies where its dark so if anything goes wrong you can pretend you cant see hehe lean on the persons shoulder then look up at them and it should happen!
