here in utah it's legal but in 1-2 yrs they're gonna ban smoking in bars & I'm not gonna be happy about it!-when I drink, I need to smoke! I'm better off drinking at home if my family allows it...-I have to go outside to smoke where I live, & It's gonna be no fun drinking alone.

it depends on where you live. In most of European Countries, you are not allowed. In some countries like Germany, one can smoke inside. In Malta you cannot, and in France i am not sure if the law passed or not.

Here in NJ and NY, USA laws recently went in outlawing smoking in bars, restaurants and other public places. Thos laws are in other states as well with more getting set to enact that law too.

yes depends on where you live and you might want to check and see if there is a smoking band you could look it up on google.com or ask.com so you know for sure i know where i live it is band in some cites its best if you check or look it up i think they might have a website posted but not for sure check the two search sites i gave you could look it up that way to now
