I'm a non-Muslim woman and learn about Islam from my friends, and I think that's great. But I still not comfortable with the public beheading execution under shariah law.

Suppose I kill someone with cold blood. The victim family refuse to forgive me. If so, is there any other way to avoid me from public beheading execution?

If there are no other way for me but to get executed by public beheading, do you think I'm really deserve of this kind of execution? Morever I'm a woman. I think imprisoned is what I deserve for my crime.

If you think I deserve of public beheading what make this humane for me? I imagine kneeling waiting for executioner decapitate my head and die headless is horrible. Morever in public which everybody see me get beheaded will embarass me a lot

Last, I been told that soul of Muslim victim may have get some pardon after they are execute. As non-Muslim woman, will my soul also get pardon after my public beheding execution

>> I think imprisoned is what I deserve for my crime.

If every criminal can choose what the punishment they receive, then I think no one will ever get punished.

Islamic punishment is meant to be a deterrent for future criminals

First, since you're a non-Muslim, the Sharia Laws don't apply to you. If you kill someone as you are saying, you go to jail (which is a normal punishment and applied worlwide) and you pay money to the victim's family...Some times the court may decide to apply the death penalty (after a fair trial of course) and you don't get beheaded in public

ps: Most countries apply the Sharia Law on the citizens

Actually beheading in ment to take your life out of the surface of the earth so that you do not repeat the crime to someone else or do something worse than that but since you are a non-muslim woman, there is CHRIST JESUS who can Forgive you if you confess it to Him and can protect you from repeting the crime if you accept Him.That is the only lasting solution, the rest would still lead to a pathetic death in one way or another

the main humane factor approximately being beheaded is two issues: a million. it somewhat is accomplished with an extremely sharp sword that hits the neck and cuts off the nerves and substantial artery interior the physique in a count of seconds..the guy will probable sense something similar to a chew on the neck. the guy neither suffers and suffering isnt the element in the back of the execution. think of approximately it, in case you found out that a guy or woman replaced into in charge for the dying of your buddy, might you % him ineffective or suffering? the human will very usually % the different guy or woman to go through and sense soreness. This in spite of the undeniable fact that isn't what God has ordered. If the Sharia regulation replaced into remotely written via people, it would incorporate aspects that tutor the hatred and ego of guy. Islamic regulation states that if a guy has killed yet another..without self protection and in chilly blood, he or she has 2 innovations, the two pay the ineffective persons family individuals blood money to account for their loss, and from time to time the loss is a husband who can't shield his toddlers so the family individuals might % money, or to get beheaded. If the murdered persons family individuals concurs on a blood money and forgives the murderer has to pay for it. 2. being public has no longer something to do with the humane bit, its that punishment is meant to deliver justice and practice human beings to no longer flow a criminal offense. If human beings observed the beheading, they might think of two times approximately murdering, or raping.

shariah law is not purely from islamic belief, but more to arabian culture. because islam was born in arab, some of ancient arabian law and habit are put in islam teaching, including stoned to death for adultery and cut off hand for thieves, back from ancient time, when they still believe an eye for an eye. islam doesn't encourage that kind of punishments.
sadly, in some conservative countries, you can't escape from that punishment, even with fine or jail sentence. blood must be paid with blood. only forgiveness from the authority will save you. but you must know not every muslim country apply shariah law.

The Koran is very clear as far as its OK to rape, kill and pillage as long as its NOT from your tribe.

Public execution is a part of their normal life.

This is not humane, this is an inhumane way of executing someone- have you seen how a small boy stole an apple and for punishment they ran a car over his arm to break it?

Is blowing up helpless ignorant people the way to preach a "religion of peace"?

Islam is a religion of war, not peace.

hell, you are female, you would get stoned to death for daring to stand up to a man long before they got a chance to behead you.
