The exact verse is john 10:30
Joh 10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
Joh 10:28 And I give to them eternal life, and they shall never ever perish, and not anyone shall pluck them out of My hand.
Joh 10:29 My Father who gave them to me is greater than all, and no one is able to pluck them out of My Father's hand.
Joh 10:30 I and the Father are one!
and then you can see more later on
Joh 10:37 If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me.
Joh 10:38 But if I do, though you do not believe Me, believe the works so that you may know and believe that the Father is in Me, and I in Him.
and in john chapter 14 its more clear..
Joh 14:9 Jesus said to him, Have I been with you such a long time and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father. And how do you say, Show us the Father?
Joh 14:10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father in Me? The Words that I speak to you I do not speak of Myself, but the Father who dwells in Me, He does the works.
Joh 14:11 Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the very works themselves.

When Christ was on the cross, he faced the heaven and said, Father, Father why have you forsaken me. If the Father was also at the cross during that time, who was the one He spoke to in heaven when he was in the cross?? ?

I don't know, but it sounds like Christ and our Father in Heaven must look alike, just like a lot of fathers and sons.
