take a gram of protein per pound of body weight. If your trying to loose weight at the gym but still build some strength work out four or five times a week using super-sets throughout your workout and make sure you do cardio at the end because you will burn four times as many calories doing that. Also eat a good breakfast lunch and dinner but throw in two more meals inbetween there like a piece of fruit and a sandwhich or cerial a salad. They will make it so you don't eat as much at the meals. Try to cut back calories and have a piece of bread with penut butter before a meal and that will help you loose weight too. Drink lots of water

Creatine, protein, amino acids. Eat a lot of broiled chicken breasts and fish. Stay away from bread blah blah blah. Same stuff everyone tells ya you know. If you want to get bigger though, start taking the creatine, and protein. Go talk to a GNC they'll help ya. Then you can buy most of that stuff cheaper online.

U r either not knowledgeable or confused in powerful body vs dieting.
U cant make your body powerful while .....over-working the system (by gym workouts)......n starving your muscles (thru dieting).
Just remember the general rule: where there is action......there is a reaction.
Start yourself on a slow to a moderate rate in building up your physcial power.........n watch your diet very carefully!
Dont try to diet yet......until you have consulted your dietician or doctor.
..........this is becoz your muscles will need proteins to grow n build.........while your system will need carbohydrates for the energy you expend...........n vitamins to keep your physiological functions running smoothly.
Its not a quick fix to ask for some easy advice.
I'll give you one anyway........go and visit
1. your doctor......to determine whether u r fit to go on a vigorous physical gym workout.
2. your dietician.........to plan what types of diet you would need.........to start your body-build (i.e. muscles & tome) ........to your power-build (i.e. energy output).......n to sustain your longer term exercise plan.
Think safety........son......n you will be healthy & strong till ur my age!
......n eat well too!
