There is a book called "Stand Tall" by Bill Sanders that looks pretty promising.
Learning how to be comfortable in your own skin is important.
Value and respect what makes you different, it is our uniqueness that makes us individuals, and the right person will be drawn to that.
Be upbeat & friendly, ask questions and be a good listener. Being interested in other people is always an attractive quality to us vain human beings =)
Confidence, it's all about confidence. Ever notice that actor who plays Horatio on CSI Miami is way too thin, & a lot older than many men who commonly are considered hot?
He is calmly confident, and that is where the appeal is.

Put the keyboard down and go be social! Listen man, I have no problems getting dates and I'm an average looking fellow who can understand binary! (yes that makes me a nerd)
Try being yourself. Quit telling "yo momma jokes" and start practicing your manners.
Next stop fooling yourself and just ask any girl you think you might be interested in out on a date! Be personable and complement them on the features that they have that you like.
Remember the worst that can happen is that someone will say “no”... Even then there are LOTS of other people out there (so start meeting them).

My advice, start slowly. If you want a long-lasting and good relationship, just introduce yourself and have some good conversations. After you get to know each other, go out and stuff. If you want, you could *wink* =P. If you just want quick dates, then go "Sup, you wanna do this?" to people when it's the right time. There will be some hardships, but just be confident, sweet, kind, nice, smart, humble, and be yourself!

but dont be so cool when ul ask a gurl. they'l turned off and wont get out with u. ask them in a way that ---ur head bowing, a voice so low yet so sweet, and look at her eyes for quite sometime only...kinda like, u are a "good" guy (or maybe u reaaly are) hehe
