That's a big jump there from being friends, to moving in or sleeping together. You should just tell the girl you like how you feel, and one day you'll find someone that likes you back. It's pretty much the only way. It could be one of your friends, or someone you're only getting to know, but take it slow.

Sometimes those types of things can be tricky. Sounds like there's more than one of them you'd like to get closer to. They most likely like you because you listen. Most guys don't really listen. They're usually preoccupied with the obvious. Perhaps focusing on one girl is a good place to start. Search for the words to tell her the truth (letting go of the fear of rejection) and see what happens. You never know until you try and who knows, she could be having the same problem too. If your friendship is strong enough, it should be able to sustain something like this if it doesn't quite work out the way you hoped it would. If she gets bent out of shape about it and decides to bail on the friendship...perhaps she really wasn't a friend after all. Bottom line...be real and honest about yourself. Otherwise, you're just setting yourself up for many nights of cold showers! Good luck.

*I want some of these relationships to be more than friends*

From this sentence, I can figure out what your problem is.

You meet so many women as Friends and like many women at the same time !

Why you think your women friends do not know this.

Choose just one woman and give her your every feelings sooner or later you can make a girl friend

Oh yes it is hard to go from being a friend to being more then a friend! If you want more and you are looking for more then let it be known when you meet a girl that you could be attracted to. Girls don't like feeling that they have been left dangling!

What you want need working on it just doesn't happen. Do not expect some girl to fall at you feet and tell you to do as you will. Brush up on your people skills and stop expecting you demeanour and attitude to do it all . because what you are doing isn't working for you

Yup, once she calls you a friend, you can forget about it. Whatever you do don't complain about other dates or that you can't find anyone you like. Cause she will start giving you advise and see herself as a friend. Friend=bad Girlfriend=good

you have to start being sad around the one you want and when she inquire let her know what you want and tell her that it bothers you because you feel so close to her. her reaction will guide you.
the fact that it bothers you will leave you an out.
