Under 2 miles. As to suitcases, it really depends on how strong you are and how heavy they are.

It is of a very short walking distance. As for your suitcases, it depends how heavy they are and if they are mobile. Unless they are of a reasonable weight and can be stacked so you can pull/push them as one stable unit I wouldn't advise that for any distance.
