You can eat any kind of meat, seafood, eggs or dairy product (milks, yogurts, sour cream, cheese, etc.) and get nice protein. Nuts and seeds are also a great source, as is tofu.
I read once when trying to eat more vegetarian types of foods that grains and legumes combined (like pasta and beans) make a great protein.
I also like to use tvp for extra protein, and I often put it in my homemade granola which sneaks it in the diet (as well as flax seeds) without tasting it apart from the granola. From there I can use the protein enriched granola as a breakfast cereal or use it as a crunchy topping for muffins and coffee cake.

Definatley all lean meats especially red meats. Try eating fish more often. Cheese is great source of protein, alot of dairy products like milk have large amounts of sugar so avoid other dairy products. Yoghurt is, but only the natural yoghurt there is a difference between them. Beans and eggs are also great.

If you want flavor too, I love to eat re-fried beans and rice, I smother it with cheddar and jack cheese, put pepperchinos and sour cream on the side. That's a ton of protein there. The combo of any rice and beans is suppose to be an excellent source of protein.

Protein is linked to muscle mass, and is generally a healthy addition to a diet, but there is no need to consume more than a recommended amount in order to reap the benefits from your vitamin supplement as such. I would suggest a breakfast rich in fiber and iron; fruit makes for a very good breakfast, as does a nutritional cereal with soya milk - one that contains multigrains and wheat, and is low in sugar.
