Why would it be wrong? Whether she's hot or not, as long as you're not under 18, I don't think it should be a problem. I think there could be a problem between people if let's say one is 20 & the other's 16~lot of maturing needed, stuff like that, ya know?

No it isn't wrong to go out with a girl who is older than you...especially if it's only 4 yrs....now like 15 yrs and up may be a different story

That really depends on your age. If you're 14 and she's 18, then it's not a good idea. If you're older, then 4 years is nothing.

it is okay!you just have to appreciate her personality and not a second thought about her age. it is great that you are attracted to her,but just like any other love story you better find more attractive traits about her than what meets the eye.this will matter more than her age.
