Use something with a gental exfoliant. Bath and body works makes some really nice products, of course you can find something simalar for much less money at walmart.

quite stupid advices. nothing will help except figuring out the lack of what caused it and fixing it or going to a clinic and making chemical peel. but after a while if u won't fix the lack of this microelement which is causing the blemishes all of them will return back

I would think and antibacterial bodywash like Dial would help get rid of them and help them not come back- and an exfoliant to get some of the dead skin off- D

A gentle scrub or use a loofa to exfoliate. Try bath and body works.
