It seems no matter if I have a then cover over me. Not a sheet but a thin cover. That I sweat. I have a fun at the end of my feet. Going no full blast. If i leep with out the cover I freeze? Can any one help?

There are a few things that can cause this; hormones/obesity, sleep apnea, multiple sclerosis, or thyroid disorders.

See a doc, get bloodwork done and take it from there.

Also, go to wrongdiagnosis.com and check out your symptoms - which I am sure this is just one of many that you dont realize are part of the big picture.

That was mean Jacki! Maybe you could try turning the heat up slightly in your house or turn the fan so it's not blowing directly on you so that you can sleep comfortably with only a sheet?

If you're not going through menopause, I'd go see a doctor. Night sweats can be a symptom of several things you'd want to catch early.

If you are a female, they are called night sweats-hot flashes. If you are a man-my best suggestion is to call your Doctor up, it could be a medical condition or poor circulation.

Can be from TB. Get checked by doctor. Could also be hormonal. Also needs to be checked by doctor.
