I have been to two different specialist and they have checked me out finding only that I am suffereing from post tramatic strees.I have lost 35 pounds without trying and I eat ok and sleep ok although I never seem to feel that im not tired.I notice symptoms that I never noticed before and its really disturbing.I notice my heart more than anything .It just doesnt seem right. I hear my pulse in ears alot but they say its from tmj and also that I lost so much weight its lost its inner padding in my ear and opens it up to where I can hear the pulse when in the past I was heavier.I would think that two specialist telling me the same things that im ok other than the ptsd i would believe them and not have reason to doupt their word.Do you think that everything I feel is just becase of stress or is there something more going on? I want to believe im ok,but I feel so weird sometimes .Is there ways to convince yourself that all is well?

PTSD is a serious form of anxiety, your specialists should be able to prescribe medicine to help with the symptoms on the short term. If not and you think it would help seek out a new doctor. Also I think you would benift greatly to learn some self meditation techniques and maybe some breathing excercises. They help alot in the long term and the more you practice the more natural it becomes. Here is a great site, I think it's called all about depression but it has some good excercises that work for anxiety as well.

Well I think you should see a counselor to talk about what ever caused ptsd.....If you can't afford a counselor maybe you can look up some support groups to where you talk about it and learn coping techniques!!! The doctor says your okay ...he's probably talking about your ears and heart.....ptsd means you are not over the trauma you took in!!! Please keep trying to work on it!!!
I wish you the best of luck!!!

sounds like stress to me. but the weight loss of 35 lbs worries me. how long did it take to lose 35lbs?? a year...6 months....6 weeks ?? if this has occurred over a year i wouldn't worry to much, but if it has been a short period of time, that's when you worry. are you eating less, and being more physical?? have you been checked for diabetes?? if you are not happy with the answers you're getting from doctors..........try another doctor. good luck hope you feel better soon.

You have reached a remarkable level of understanding that maybe there is really not something permanently wrong with you. If you begin to recover and have to learn how your aura has made your emotions. You will have to learn how to control your aura. Everyone else has done so only you have to do it all alone.

Totally stress related...believe me. As you are seeing Dr/s no need to tell you to go to one.

That's a lot of weight loss though..and you say you're eating o.k, I would have that checked out, especially if you lose anymore..

I've had all those symptoms..and it's normal
