Due to a recent rediculously random deadline schedule in my Macroeconomics class, I've gotten completely burnt out on schoolwork. Now, whenever I look at a textbook or computer screen my energy is instantly zapped. I even missed having a formal birthday party and had to postpone opening up my gifts for atleast 3 weeks because I've been working so much trying to stay ahead in all of my classes.
Physically, I have tension and sinus headaches, I'm fatigued throughout the day regardless of how much sleep I get, I'm starting to get really frequent flashes of light in my vision, occasional blurred vision, I can't concentrate or focus on my studies for periods longer than 5 minutes, insomnia, and slight depression because all of this is preventing me from staying ahead in my studies.
What can I do to get back on track and regain my energy?

I would advice Vitamin B12, along with multivitamins.. and try to eat more of a balanced diet.. many students end up eating junk food due to time constraints. if your trying to live on Coffee and Sugar you will have a temporary energy burst which will fade in approx. 1 to 3 weeks. afterwhich you will begin to crash.. this is due to a combination of physical stress on the body, build up of wastes and Free Radicals, and Vitamin Deficiencies. B12, Green Tea or Earl Grey Tea and multi vitamins will give you a temporary boost until you can get proper sleep and proper nutrition.

Ejaculation is very relaxing to a mans nerves and relieves all of the sexual tension that has built up and makes a guy feel a little tired and often a bit weaker but this phenomenon is actually more mental than it is physical. I have masturbated like a half hour before working out and a few times when while working out at home and it didn't take any energy or strength from me. In fact while I had an erection I felt stronger and my lifts were better but even after orgasm I was still just as strong. You just have to get over that mental feeling and of tiredness and do what ever you have to do. At night though, before going to bed it can make for a good sleeping pill.

Too bad. You are not cut out for the kind of life you have chosen to lead. You can over ride your system with vitamins or health juices if you have the money. They will do wonders for you. But if you are having this much difficulty in school, maybe you should consider something else. If you think you just need something to keep you going until spring, go to your health food store and ask about vitamins tailored to your needs. Good ones are expenseive. Or you can try health drinks. I used this one. http://www.rasmussen.natureswellnesssecret.com/
It worked wonders on clearing my thoughts, and I slept better with it, which is key to daytime activity. Remember, you get what you pay for. Cheap vitamins will only give you cheap pee. Good vitamins, or the juice I chose, may actually help.
I was going to suggest exercise too, but you don't sound as if it is within your scope right now. But if you can get a bit of relief, and feel better, start a workout routine and it will compound things.

just give yourself a rest for several weeks. why do u need to be this overachiever? this is your problem. if u u don't stop now, at the end u will have nervous break down, get in the hospital and will be waaaaay behind even the worst of any student in your class. this is the punishment for trying to jump over your head

Several things - exercise, vegetables, multi-vitamin, garlic, ginseng and meditation/prayer.
You are mind/body/spirit and have to treat it as such. All the things I mentioned will work together.
and this is just a hunch but QUIT EATING CARBS/JUNK FOOD instead of meals. You are tearing up your immune system and body by grabbing junk snacks instead of real food. Keep fruit and vegetables and quick to prepare meats around for snacks.

I'm not a therapist or whatever, but i would say that you're under alot of stress.
My advice would be to cool down the studies for a while, take a break or short holiday. you should feel better after the break which will allow you to concentrate better.

start working out---light jog, eliptical, something! Drink vitamin B6 or a multivitamin, lots of vitamin C, and a healthy diet with lots of dark green veggies. Lots of water too.
