No it's not bad to be funny and having a great personality makes a great total package. Just watch and have some time to also be a little serious or he might think that you are not interested. But a pretty girl ,funny and great personality sounds like anyone would be lucky to get such a great girlfriend.

hmm, it depends on what you are trying to sell. are you funny to advertise yourself or are you plain ol' wacky? you like a guy, don't lie to him and pretend you are his "friend", tell him you are interested.
