My ex bf is getting crazy. we broke up a month ago, and in the beginnning, I was texting him a lot. He said he still loved me, so I thought it was no big deal we were texting. I had a lot of questions about why we broke up, since there was no fighting or anything. He basically left me for his ex. Well, three weeks ago, he asked me to stop texting him and leave him alone. So, I have. Then I find out he's going to get married this weekend. So, I text him a couple of messages. He responds so nasty that he is going to get a restraining order if I don't stop texting him. Wow, I was shocked! Not like I'm stalking him. I think somoene is though. I heard rumor that someone is sending him things in the mail and calling him and stuff.. At first I thought it was a joke, but he said to make my "friends" stop texting him. I don't know what he is talking about. So, my question, can he get a restraining order for texting him, non-threatening messages?

probably if he deems it as harrasment. He could say your are texting him so that his fiance` breaks up with him. Break all contact.

If she has filed the order she should not be in difficulty if she chooses to interrupt it--yet she's making a wide mistake if she does. The restraining order replaced into placed into effect to guard her from this guy. The court device received't take her heavily if she deliberately places herself in position to be close to him.

He asked you to stop because his gf or future wife is probably reading the text messages. He will probably not follow through with it unless you text him again. Leave him alone, he obviously is moving on with his life. Sorry, it happens.
