Lack of Touch,Sight,Smell
If they can not see Him
then why bother in Believing in Him

Everyone has a free will! GOD did not make anyone love/believe in him, to do so would be to deny free will.
Of all prayers, you may not pray that GOD should make someone love you! That would be to deny them their free will.
When you added, "some countries", then your question became biased!
Rather than ask provocative questions, and imply that you are so much over/better than everyone else, why not live your life just loving and believing? That way you just may turn the thoughts of some none believers.

It's hard to believe there's an omnipotent being that loves everyone, especially in a country where they experience suffering and death on a near daily basis.

If you are referring to God as in the Christian bible, other countries have beliefs they hold as strongly as Christians hold their own. Why would anyone give up a belief system that works for them simply because someone comes along and says their is better?
The concepts of being good to one another, not stealing, not doing murder, not taking what belongs to someone else and honoring your parents are not owned by Christians, in fact they were in play long before there was a Christianity

Because everyone has a brain of their own, and a perception that is all their own and a choice to believe in whatever they wish to believe. No one has any real answers. So until there are everyone will make up their own.
