OK. What's the problem? But I don't have kids.

I have heard very little about it, but from what I've heard, it is not good.

I am weary of many so called "bible camps". I would have to know the instructors personally and what they teach before sending my kid to any camp like that.

I'd be less concerned about sending them to a regular camp. Since they don't teach religion there, there's no danger of teaching a false doctrine.
It is harder to unlearn something than it is to learn something. So, it's better to learn something the right way the first time. My daughter will learn the Word of God directly from me so I know she's getting the truth straight from the person who loves her the most. I know my agenda and it's not evil. You never know what's behind people's motives these days.

I think it would be featured as you put it , a christian camp for christian or kids that want to become Christian's. Yes I would send my kids there, why would you ask this question?

No. I admire the camp for its zeal for God, but it's just too right wing. I mean, they prayed towards a cardboard cut-out of George W. Bush. That alone was enough to send shivers down my spine and never send any kid I have there.

I wouldnt said my children anywhere that I am not present for them to learn anything about God. I want to teach y children about God not someone else teach them.

And no I would not send them there that is for sure. It is like a hitler youth camp but this time it is under the name of religion. It is brainwashing. It is horrible.

No. I think that these camps make kids biased against other religions. Kids have to learn to get along with others or all races and religions.

I didn't see the movie, I saw the preview. I have to be honest and say I didn't really like what I saw. I have no problem with kids being taught about Jesus...but to see such small chidren sort of forced into getting really emotional and over the top, etc....it just didn't sit right with me.

Only if they want to, you shouldn't send your children obligated, remember that drives them away and that is not the point; so talk to them see if they would like it and there you would have your true answer

I would.... I would rather them learn about God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit, than all the sex on t.v, violence, and other things of this world. Teaching your children how to deal with these things, live for God, and how not to make provisions for the flesh are more important to me.
