For the face, yes, as long as the actual "scrub" material is synthetic micro beads and you don't have acne. If you are using something like crushed walnuts for exfoliation purposes, then that can cause tiny tears in your delicate facial skin. If you have acne, the scrub can spread bacteria around to non affected areas. For the body, I really enjoy sugar scrubs and those are safe to use everyday. Just remember, over exfoliation will make the skin more moisture dependent so be kind and hydrate yourself with 8 8oz glasses of water a day! Also make sure you have a good oil free SPF day moisturizer available to keep your skin protected!

yes, it can be. Depends on what is stated on the label - there is clarins face wash+scrub with orange peel that can be used everyday... See the micro beads to decide.. the courser the beads the less often you should use it... Generally DO NOT scrub your face more than twice a week and don't put too much force when you use the scrub - remember to gently scrub your face with the product...

It depends. If the scrub is irritating your skin then it's best to back off until the skin has healed. I would use a light exfoliator for everyday use.

As long as it isn't too rough. It really depends on your skin too. If you have acne then your skin isn't exfoliating itself and you need a gentle scrub everyday. If you have normal skin then maybe 2 times a week. Or you can just judge by what your skin is doing and determine then.

I wouldn't do it. if it's a gentle exfoliater maybe every other day... I would use a harsh one only once a week. You need some old skin on your face as a protection if you get rid of too much of it you increase yoru chances of breaking out.

No. Use it once a week. You don't want to dry out your skin! And use a good moisturizer afterwards to keep it smooth and moist. That's what I do and my skin looks really good. LOL

It won't damage your health but it will cause slight skin abrasion or dryness if you use it too often. Use it a max. of twice per week.

No, depending on your skin that can be quite irritating. Once a week is ideal.
