Take a spoonful of Shankhpushpi powder with a glass of water everyday. It's a good brain herb. Take it regularly for 6 months for it being effective.
You may take Ashwagandha powder too but it increases weight, so if that's not a prolem with you, you may try it.
Take 4 badaams in the morning with a glass of milk. Soak them overnight.
Try concentration exercises such as trying to focus on a point you made on the wall with a pen for at least 15 minutes. Time will increase slowly and so will your concentration power.
Pay attention to what you read.

memory is just like a knife the more you rub it to a stone the sharper it gets....if you do not use it it gets rusted....so as far as increasing memory is concerned there is no permanent solution to it.....mugging up will not help but understanding will....generally everyone studies a few months before exams which is not the right practice.
one needs to be an avid reader that is to study continiously which gives confidence and avoids last minute hitches and ofcourse you must also remember that PRACTICE MAKES A PERFECT MAN BUT WRITING MAKES AN EXACT MAN...so need not worry, if in D U you still have bags of time....... get started !

Oh, this girl say this too, sorry! But yes, if you have small milk allergy it can make hard to concentrate! It's true! Any food allergies make it hard to pay your attention to tasks! Sorry if I write funny, I'm from Romania. Try this tho, ok? Have a good day!
